Our traditional handmade framed prints are a simple yet elegant method of displaying art in the home or workplace. Available in a solid black wood, white wood or a natural beech our frames frames give a contemporary edge to displaying art in the home.
Prints are made on a premium semi-matte archival fine art paper using Epson's renowned UltraChrome K3 inks ensuring deeper more natural colours, superior image quality and an archival print life of approximately 108 years. A pH neutral off-white mount card is also used in order to further increase print life and stability. All frames use the highest quality (PMMA) acrylic glazing for an easy viewing non reflective surface and come fully sealed with appropriate hanging fixings.
Our frames are handmade to order therefore if you require a custom size that is not listed on the site simply contact us and we'll get back to you with a quote.
Delivery Cost - Delivery to mainland UK is free of charge, for all orders going to Northern Ireland and UK Highlands and Islands there is a £10.99 charge for delivery.
Delivery Time - Our framed prints are handmade to order therefore please allow 5-7 working days for delivery for your order to be made.
Our couriers operating hours are 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and all deliveries will need to be signed for upon arrival. However if you do require a different service such as a Saturday delivery please contact us and we will provide you with a quote for the extra shipping.
Please note for international orders and orders going to Northern Ireland and UK Highlands and Islands delivery may take 1-2 days longer.
International Delivery - We ship to addresses all over the world so if you would like a quote for international shipping please contact us.
Packaging - Our framed prints are securely packaged in frame specific boxes designed specifically for the safe transportation of frames, therefore ensuring your item arrives with you in perfect condition.
We are committed to providing excellent customer service therefore we accept the return of goods up to 7 working days after you receive your item, please contact us at office@directprinthouse.co.uk to arrange a return. The item must be returned in its original condition, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Statutory Instrument 2000 No. 2334 The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Exceptions to the right to cancel 13. - (1) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts - c) for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
All refunds exclude initial shipping costs incurred to send the item, therefore a standard shipping fee of £3.99 is non refundable on all orders including orders where a free shipping promotion is offered. Because of their size all prints of 60" in length require for a courier to be booked specifically for the delivery therefore this booking fee will be deducted from all refunds made on prints measuring 60" in length.
